Just
outside Volterra 3 km from the city centre in a straight line is a
particularly beautiful Villa with 3 holiday flats and a number of rooms. A
5 km road leads you via hairpin bends to the centre of Volterra. The villa is situated in a
beautiful garden in a wooded environment, where numerous strolls and
outings are possible. (Main house). Upstairs have been made three double rooms, all with internal bathroom, autonomic heating and independent entrance. Ad the ground floor, in the room that once was the stable, is now a comfortable hall where are placed the breakfasts. (Dependence). Adjacent ad the old private house, which has been spaced out of a little court characterized of an ancient fish-market fed by a natural spring, is a dependence which rebuilding is been completed in April 2003. In this building have been realized three flats, each with their own entrance on different faces of the structure to guarantee the greatest quietness and reservation for those who sojourn there. They are all autonomic heated. A double room, a dining room and a bathroom equipped for paralytics, composes the east apartment. The central one is constituted of a triple room, dining room and a bathroom. The third is build on three levels and is composed of two double rooms, each with it's own bathroom, one room at the ground floor (possibly with an autonomic entrance that opens at the backside of the building) and an mansard-roof, both the rooms are connected by an internal stairs to the dining room - kitchen which entrance is in front of the garden. All the apartments develop from the ground floor to the roof and have a private share of garden in front of the entrances and the rooms. |
