Ancient farmhouse made up of four apartments situated in a beautiful, panoramic plateau that dominates the Arno Valley, the owner lives in one of the apartments. Ideally positioned in the heart of the Tuscan hills close to Florence, Arezzo and Siena (from the property in only 15 minutes driving you will be on the highway Rome-Florence). The closest village are around 3 kms far away, here you can find all the shops you need. The house is set inside a property of 3.5 ha, 1 of which is a very well-kept lawn that surrounds the house. Peaceful and relaxing position. From the private swimming pool you can enjoy of the panoramic views on the surrounding hills. Each apartment has a private equipped outdoor area. Also at disposition of the guests a large gazebo with table-tennis, chairs/tables and barbecue. There are also other equipped areas in the large garden available to the guests. Parking place inside the property. Nearest golf clubs: Golf Club Castelfalfi (18 hole, situated near Florence), Poggio de' Medici golf (18 hole, situated near Florence), Casentino golf club (9 holes situated near Arezzo), Golf Club Valdichiana (9 holes situated near Foiana della Chiana), Golf Club Lamborghini (9 holes situated near Panicale).It is also possible to rent the whole propery (15 bed places shared over 7 bedrooms), garden and pool are not shared with other guests in this case. The owners are at guest's disposal but in the meantime leave them totally free to enjoy their own privacy.
