Numerous cultural and folklorist demonstrations have place during the whole course of the year, among which the very famous one "Corsa dei Ceri". The uncontaminated nature make it an ideal place for walks mountain biking and horse trekking. It is near to centers of art as Montone, Umbertide, Città di Castello and Sansepolcro. In 1 hour driving it is also possibile to reach Perugia, Arezzo, Assisi, Urbino and zones of naturalistic interest as the Caves of Frasassi and the lake Trasimeno.

In the property . Every apartment has an cooking corner, bed and bathrooms, independent entry and own outside area, in one it is possible to entertain disabled people. The guests, on reservation, can have a lunch or a dinner and taste the typical Umbrian dishes.

It's also possible to rent the whole property, in this case the hamlet, the garden and the swimming pool are for exclusive use of the clients. On request it is also possible to engage the owners as cooks.
