The house lies is in a very quiet location around 3.5 Kms from the village of Civitella d'Agliano. It has a beautiful panoramic view of the valley with the well known "Calanchi di Bagnoregio". It is a good departing point to visit towns (the famous village of Civita di Bagnoregio is only 12 kms far away) and lakes (Bolsena 24 km, 45 km Vico, Bracciano 65 km) of northern Lazio. You can also easily visit beautiful villages & towns of south/central Umbria (Orvieto 30 kms, Todi 45 km, 65 km Narni, Spoleto 110 km). The sand beaches between Montalto di Castro, Tarquinia and Chiarone are 70-90 kms far away. Restaurant, supermarket and some more shops are available in the village of Civitella d'Agliano 3.5 kms away. The house, very comfortably furnished, can accommodate 2 persons. Note, the house has no heating (the rental period is from April / October, heating is generally only in the months of April and October necessary). There is a fireplace in the living room. |
