The farmhouse is situated - directly on the bank of the lake - 3 kilometers southwest of the town of Bolsena. The farmhouse is composed by 3 dwellings situated on a short distance the each from the other. The farest dwelling (first picture on the right) from the lake (around 400 meter) has 2 apartments (4 and 5 sleeping places) with cooking corner and own outdoor area, and a double room suitable for disabled persons. This farmhouse is situated 200 meters away from the other properties and is also lent to be rented, as a villa with own garden (for a maximum of 11 sleeping places, suitable for small groups or 2/3 families who want to go on holiday together). The second property (first picture on the left) and the nearest to the lake (around 200m) has 3 apartments (4, 4 and 6 sleeping places) each with own cooking corner. 50 meters away from this property there is a bungalow (second picture on the left) suitable for 2/4 people.
