The property lies 5 Kms from the villages of Lugnano in Teverina and Attigliano. It lies in a very quiet location with you panoramic sight on the surrounding hills. The villa is subdivided into 3 apartmens suitable each for 5 or 6 persons. Each has a private porch (with table, chairs and barbecue), cooking corner/kitchen, 2 bathroom, living- dining room. The property is also suitable to be rented by groups or more families that want to go on holiday together. Up to 16 sleeps (13 adults + 3 children) + babies. In this case it is possible to eat all together in the large living room of one apartment on the ground floor or under on of the porch. There is a 12x5m swimming pool at disposition, the pool area is fenced for the security of small children. There is also a stone oven for cooking. It is possible olive oil on spot. Wi-fi internet connection available in all 3 the apartments. The location of the property allows to quickly reach the principal cultural and naturalistic beauties of Umbria, northern Lazio and southern Tuscany. From the property in only 15 minutes driving you are on the highway Rome-Florence. The train station of Orte is at 20 km, from here you can take the train for Rome or Florence. Shops, supermarkets and restaurants are available in both the villages of Lugnano in Teverina and Attigliano. There is a supermarket 50 meters on the right after the highway exit (Todis)

SOUTHERN/CENTRE UMBRIA

In Umbria, a region that has gained a name for being the green heart of Italy, tourism is growing because of the unfamiliar harmony between nature, antiquities, historic centres and culture. The quiet of the countryside, good provisions and an inimitable cuisine are the great draw. This region is less touristy than Tuscany and this is especially appreciated by many tourists.

Southern/centre Umbria forms an ideal starting point for enjoying the peace of the surrounding hilly and mountainous landscape and on the other hand making trips to beautifull towns like Todi, Orvieto, Narni, Spoleto, Perugia, Gubbio, Assisi. There are also numerous charming little villages – many of medieval origin - as Amelia, Labro, Spello, Norcia, Bevagna, Montefalco to visit. In many towns and villages you can taste local dishes or buy local wines and olive oil (generally of excellent quality). You can also easily visit – in day trips - famous towns and charming villages in the southern part of Tuscany such as Siena, Arezzo, San Giminiano, Pienza, Cortona, Sinalunga, etc. Many tourists visit also Rome from here (without staying in the city which is very hot in summer) once or more times. It is possible to go by car (journey of 1h-1h30) or by train from the stations of: Terni, Narni-Amelia, Orte & Orvieto.
