The property lies halfway the villages of Giove and Attigliano, both are around 3 kms far away. It's a very quiet location and it grants a lot of privacy to the tenant. The property has a very large garden with olive trees and a vineyard, a round "above ground pool" with a diameter of 6 meters. All is for private use of the tenant. The house is suitable for up to 4 persons. It has one double bedroom and a bedroom with bunk bed. Both rooms are on the 1st floor, note that you have to walk through the bedroom with double bed to reach the bedroom with the bunk bed. Cot on request available. Also in Attigliano there are supermarkets and other shops. The closest restuarant/pizzeria is at 3 km (Le Fossate). The vineyard "Le Crete" is at 1 km from the property, there is another vineyard (Sandonna) near the village of Giove.
