Located in southern Umbria (not far from the border with Lazio and 100 Kms northern of Rome), in an area rich in nature and tourist attractions. It is the ideal place in which to spend a quiet and pleasant holiday. The property consists of two houses and 2 cottages, situated 60 meters from each other and a dependance with bed and bathroom (in total 9 bedrooms / 19 bed places). The houses are surrounded by a large private garden with 2 swimming pools, little gym area and Jacuzzi. There aren't other houses directly close to it, so the guests have a lot of privacy. The Old House has been accurately renovated maintaining the original characteristics, and is immersed in the trees The New House, built respecting the typical characteristics of the environment, is situated in front of the pool and has a large covered terrace and a large living room where it is possible to eat all together. Shops are available in Castel dell'Aquila (4 Kms far away) and Amelia (15 Kms far away). Restaurant and 2 grocery stores available in the village of Sambucetole (5,5 Km far away).
