La maison se trouve dans le sud de l'Ombrie: 90 km nord de Rome (14 kms de l'autoroute A1 - Rome / Florence). C'est une maison individuelle (pas d'autres maisons à moins de 150 mètres) située dans un endroit très calme sur une colline au milieu des oliviers et des vignes avec vue panoramiques. La villa a un grand jardin avec un 14x7 mètres piscine avec plongeoir. La propriété a un maximum de 14 chouchages.  Au 1er étage il y a l'appartement plus grand avec 3 chambres (2 avec lit double, la dernière avec 2 lits simples), 3 salle de bains, grand sejour/salle à manger et 2 terrasse (dont 1 couvert). Au rez de chaussée il y a deux appartements chacun avec deux chambres de lit (une avec 2 chambres avec lit double, l'autre a une chambre avec lit double et l'autre avec 2 lits simples), cuisine, salle de bains (douche, toilette, bidet). et terrase couvert privé. Connexion Internet Wi-Fi disponible gratuitement. A dispositiot aussi ping pong et 2 vélos (MTT). Epicerie, supermarchés et restaurant bon avec une cuisine typique sont à distance de marche. Le petit village de Moricone (supermarkat, restaurant) est à 2 km, le village de Vigne di Narni (quelques épiceries) est à 1,3 km. La ville médiévale de Narni est 9 kms de la villa, ici vous pouvez trouver différents restaurants, supermarchés et autres magasins. Un court de tennis (1 km) et écuries (6,5 km) sont en proximité.

SOUTHERN/CENTRE UMBRIA

In Umbria, a region that has gained a name for being the green heart of Italy, tourism is growing because of the unfamiliar harmony between nature, antiquities, historic centres and culture. The quiet of the countryside, good provisions and an inimitable cuisine are the great draw. This region is less touristy than Tuscany and this is especially appreciated by many tourists.

Southern/centre Umbria forms an ideal starting point for enjoying the peace of the surrounding hilly and mountainous landscape and on the other hand making trips to beautifull towns like Todi, Orvieto, Narni, Spoleto, Perugia, Gubbio, Assisi. There are also numerous charming little villages – many of medieval origin - as Amelia, Labro, Spello, Norcia, Bevagna, Montefalco to visit. In many towns and villages you can taste local dishes or buy local wines and olive oil (generally of excellent quality). You can also easily visit – in day trips - famous towns and charming villages in the southern part of Tuscany such as Siena, Arezzo, San Giminiano, Pienza, Cortona, Sinalunga, etc. Many tourists visit also Rome from here (without staying in the city which is very hot in summer) once or more times. It is possible to go by car (journey of 1h-1h30) or by train from the stations of: Terni, Narni-Amelia, Orte & Orvieto.
