Le village de Bomarzo trouve à la frontière entre l'Ombrie et Latium, 90 kms nord de Rome. Il est idéalement situé pour visiter Rome, du Latium, l'Ombrie et la Toscane du Sud (l'autoroute Rome - Florence est à 15 min en voiture). La gare de Attigliano est de 9 kms plus loin, en environ 1 heure vous êtes dans le centurm de Rome et à 2 heures de Florence. La villa était à l'origine (au 17ème siècle), les écuries du château Orsini. Il est entouré d'un grand parc (10 hectares) où une ancienne tour de chasse et un obélisque sont toujours présents. Il ya un 12x6 mètres piscine hors sol (compte tenu de la valeur historique n'est pas admis par les autorithis de construire une piscine creusée), pour un usage privé du locataire. Dans le jardin il ya aussi: hydromassage, table de ping-pong et baby-foot. Il ya plusieurs endroits pour s'asseoir à l'extérieur. Il est possible de manger en plein air sur une terrasse près de la cuisine ou à l'ombre des arbres près de la grande salle à manger et de vie. Au rez-de-chaussée il ya aussi deux salles, la plus petite peut accueillir 12 personnes le plus grand 20. La villa dispose de 6 chambres pour un total de 12 chouchages+ lit bébé. L'emplacement de la propriété est très calme et donne vie privée des clients, mais en même temps vous êtes seulement quelques centaines de mètres du centre historique (village médiéval) de Bomarzo. Boutiques et des bars à 500 mètres, des restaurants et une pizzeria à 1 km.
