This holiday home lies 2 Kms from the village of Giove in a hilly position (200 meters a.s.l.). From the property you have a panoramic sight on the valley of the Tevere. The position of the house allows to quickly reach the principal cultural and naturalistic beauties of Umbria, northern Lazio and southern Tuscany. The holiday home lies at few meters from the 17x7 meter swimming pool. It is furnished with care and has: living/dining room with kitchen, 2 bedrooms / 4 bed places (+ a single sofa bed in the living room), 2 bathrooms (both with shower and toilette) and a large covered terrace equipped with table and chairs to eat outdoors in front of the pool. The owner lives in the adjacent villa (30 meters distance) and uses also the pool.  The position of the villa and the holiday home guarantees enough privacy to the guest and the owner. Shops (supermarket, butcher, baker, bank, gasoline station), 2 restaurants/pizzeria and some bars are available in the village of Giove (2Kms far away). The owner has 2 peaceful dogs (Golden Retriever).
