The villa
is situated at 4 kms from the town of Lucignano, between
Siena and Arezzo (both cities are around 30 Kms far away). The
property has a large private garden with a 12x6 meter swimming pool,
volley area and ping pong.
Under the big
three near the pool there are also tables / banks in the case you
want to eat near the pool, to cook also at disposition a barbecue.
There is a baker at 700 meters a little supermarket at 1 km, more
shops and restaurants are available in the town of Lucignano. It is
an ideal point of departure to visit
Tuscany, Umbria and also Rome. From
the property in only 15 minutes driving you are on the highway
Rome-Florence.
The highway passes around 2 km from the villa but you will not hear
the traffic noise.
There is a trainstation available in Sinalunga (12 Kms far away),
the train brings you in around 2 hours in Rome and Florence.
