The property lies on the border between Tuscany and Umbria near the lake Trasimeno at walking distance from the village of Pozzuolo. From there you can visit large parts of Tuscany (Siena, Arezzo, Montepulciano, Cortona) and Umbria (Perugia, Orvieto, Gubbio, Assisi). It lies at short distance from 3 lakes: the lake of Trasimeno, the lake of Chiusi and the lake of Montepulciano. The property has a completely wire fenced garden with secured pool area. On the property there are 2 buildings. The main house is subdivided into two apartements one on the main floor and one on the first floor. Each has 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower, living room with cooking corner. The dependance has one bedroom, two single sofa beds in the living room, cooking corner and bathroom (shower). Near the pool there is a large terrace equipped with tables, chairs and barbecue. There are mountain bikes available.  Wi-fi internet connection on the whole property. There is not a washing maschine but we offer a free laundry service. In the town of Pozzuolo, 1 km from the property, there are 2 resaurants, grocery store and some other shops.
