This house is situated on the southern side of the Monte Serano surrounded by olive trees, 4 Kms from the town of Trevi and 17 Kms from Spoleto. It is subdivided in 2 independent apartements, each with its own entrance, cooking corner and own terrace for eating outside. It's possible to rent the whole house (max 13 sleeping places) or only 1 of the 2 apartments. There is at disposition of the guests a swimming pool (12x6, for private use of the 2 apartments), from here you can enjoy the panoramic sight on the Clitunno valley. Restaurants and shops 4 Kms far away.
