The property is wel positioned to visit the most important cities of Tuscany as Pisa, Lucca, Florence and Siena, the famous villages of Volterra and San Gimignano are only 40 Kms far away. The nearest (sand)beaches are around 35 kms from the property. The house is easily to reach if you arrive by airplane (the airport of Pisa is only at 34 Kms, while Florence's airport is 80 Kms far away). The villa lies in a very quiet position, it has a private garden and swimming pool with nice views on the surrounding hills. The whole property is for private/exclusive use of the tenant. The closest town (with grocery store and restaurant) is at walking distance (around 1km) from the property. There is a shopping center at 4 kms. The house is suitable for 6-8 persons. All the bedrooms are on the first floor. There are 2 double bedrooms and one with 2 single beds (it is possible to add a folding bed, suitable for a child, in one of the bedrooms). All the bedrooms have air conditioning. Baby cot available on request. On the ground floor there is a living room (with a double sofa bed) and a well equpped kitchen. Outdoor you will find a big porch equipped with table and chairs and a barbecue to cook. The pool is 9 by 4 meter and the depth is of 1,20 meter. The pool area has a large gazebo and it's equipped with sun loungers. The house has all the most common household appliances (DVD player, stereo/CD player, air conditioning in the whole house, Wi-fi internet connection, American coffee machine, squeezer, mixer, microwave, dish washer, washing machine, TV and SKY pay TV, hairdryers). Near the house there are 2 covered parking places.
