The holiday home is situated in the private residential park of Colleromano, 2 kms from the town of Riano and 29 kms from the centre of Rome. The holiday home is a part of a larger property, type two family home. The unit available for rent is situated entirely on the ground floor and has an own entry and a private garden. It is suitable for max 8 persons: 2 double bedroom, one bedroom with bunk bed and a 4th bedroom with two bedplaces on loft (suitable for children/young people). 100 meters far away from the house you will find the sport center of the residential park that can be used by the owner of the houses and their guests. The sport center is formed by a volley/soccerfield, a swimming pool and a tennis court. The volley/soccerfield can be used for free, the ticket to access the pool is Euro 5 per person daily and the price for the tennis court is Euro 8 per hour. If you want go to the centre of Rome with public transport, around 100 meters from the house, you can take the bus which brings you to "Prima porta". From here by train/underground you can reach the several areas of Rome. Both airports of Rome are around 50 Kms far away. Supermarket and other shops 1,5 kms far away. |
