	This large property is in the middle of the Etruscan region, also in the area of the famous Est Est Est wine, 6 km away from the long and beautiful beach of the Bolsena lake, directly in the neighbourhood of the hot springs of Viterbo, already known by the Romans, where you can swim the whole year round. Thanks to the auspicious location between Latium, Umbria and Tuscany you can quickly visit culture-rich cities like Rome, Siena and Perugia but also less well known towns and places such as Todi, Montepulciano, Pienza, Saturnia, Viterbo, Tarquinia, Volci, Tuscania, Civita di Bagnoreggio, Montefiascone. The Pepe holiday farm is a classic example of an original holiday farm. 600 milch sheep, as well as cows and pigs. When guests are visiting fresh vegetables, eggs and meat are daily made available. For many tourists who live in city centres and perhaps never get to know farm life, Pepe is very suitable and natural, also for their children. In the basalt and tuff stone country house 4 apartments for 4/6 people and two 2-person bedrooms have been created with their own bathrooms, tastefully fitted out.
