In the North of Rome on the consular way Aurelia, about 40km, far from the historical centre if the town, the apartment is placed in Marina di S.Nicola, in a residential quarter near to the sea. This little town has many bathing establishments, swimming pools, tennis courts, the possibility of practise sailing and surfing, many bars, ice-cream shops, restaurants. In the vicinity you can practise riding en gym. The town is also reach of parks with recreation ground for children. There are busses to Rome or to other near towns (Civitavecchia, Viterbo, Cerveteri) leaving every 15-30 minutes. There is also a railway station in the near town of Ladispoli and the airport of Fiumicino is a few Kilometers far, too. The region is full of Etruscan, Roman and Medieval traces. For example you can visit the famous archeological Etruscan Necropolis of Cerveteri, the castle of Santa Severa, the Etruscan port of Pirgy. The apartment is on the second floor of a circular building 500 meter far from sea. The building is provided with a lift and swimming pools, gardens and shops. You can have your meals on the balcony and enjoy the the sea-wind. In the garage under the building, there is a a parking place where you can park the car, there are also two man’s bicycle, two woman’s bicycle and a child’s one. |
