The property lies at 600 meters from the village of Lucignano, it lies 414 meters above the see level and represents one of the more extraordinary examples of medieval urban planning for its system of elliptic rings arrived intact over the centuries. The property is new villa that has been built in typical style of this area and furnished with taste and all modern comforts as air conditioning and Wi-fi internet connection. It's subdivided in 4 cottages (all suitable for 4 persons and each with own garden area with outdoor furniture and barbecue). There is a 13x6,5 meter swimming pool at disposition of the 4 cottages. The pool area is fully fenced for the security of families with small children (depth of the pool 1,2 to 1,5 meter). The pool is surrounded by some gazebo, one is also equpped with tables/chairs & barbecue for the guests that like to eat near the pool. The pool area is also equipped with pool table and table soccer, there are also 4 mountain bikes available.

It is an ideal point of departure to visit Tuscany & Umbria. From the property in only 15 minutes driving you are on the highway Rome-Florence and in only 10 minutes on the speedway Siena-Perugia. There is a trainstation available in Sinalunga, the train brings you in around 2 hours in Rome and Florence. Shops are available in the town of Lucignano (600 meters) and Sinalunga (5 kms). There are a couple of large supermarkets near Sinalunga, 15 kms from the property. The COOP one at the shopping center "I Gelsi" is sometimes also on Sunday open. Suggested restaurants in the old town at walking distance from the property: Il Goccino, La Tavernetta, Lo Schicchero, La Rocca, Le Botti (pizzeria). There is a large outlet & shopping center at 15 kms near the highway exit (Outlet village Valdichiana). There is a 9 holes (par 34) golf course 16 kms far away near Bettolle.
