The house is situated in a peaceful position and has a large garden equipped with tables and chairs, to cook also at disposition a barbecue. Shops and restaurants are available in the town of Lucignano (5 Kms from the house).

It is an ideal point of departure to visit Tuscany, Umbria and also Rome. From the property in only 15 minutes driving you are on the highway Rome-Florence and in only 10 minutes on the speedway Siena-Perugia. There is a trainstation available in Sinalunga (7 Kms far away), the train brings you in around 2 hours in Rome and Florence.
