The property lies around 2 kms from Dunarobba near an extremely rare example of fossil forest.  The property has a large and completely fenced garden with pool. The whole property is for private use of the tenant. The pool is 12x6 meter (depth from 1,1m to 2,4m) and the pool area is fenced for the security of families with young children. Around the pool there are sun umbrellas, beach chairs and a gazebo with table and chairs. There are up to 6 sleeps (+cot) and the rooms are all on the first floor of the building. There is a large garage on the ground floor (not at disposition of the tenant and at the sametime not used by the owner). On the northern side of the building there is a covered terrace with table/chairs to eat outdoor. There is a barbecue nearby the terrace. There is a little supermarket in Dunarobba, more shops and restaurants are available in the towns of Avigliano Umbro (4 km far away) and Montecastilli (5 km). The nearby quarry could be interesting to view for some, it's also cause of a littlebit of noise from Monday to Friday, so this property could not suitable for those searching perfect silence. From the property you are, by car, in 15 minutes on the motorway E45 Terni-Perugia.

SOUTHERN/CENTRE UMBRIA

You can also easily visit – in day trips - famous towns and charming villages in the southern part of Tuscany such as Siena, Arezzo, San Giminiano, Pienza, Cortona, Sinalunga, etc. Many tourists visit also Rome from here (without staying in the city which is very hot in summer) once or more times. It is possible to go by car (journey of 1h-1h30) or by train from the stations of: Terni, Narni-Amelia, Orte & Orvieto.
