The house is situated on the top of the hill with a beautiful panorama. Ideal place in order to pass relaxing vacations in full freedom and in contact with the nature. It can accommodate comfortably up to 7 persons and has a wide fenced garden and an appropriate area for domestic animals. It is ideal for families with children, old persons or groups of young people. Outdoors also available a barbeque and stone oven. The house is situated close to different cities of great historical interest as: Città di Castello, Gubbio, Assisi, Arezzo, Saint Sepolcro, Perugia Cortona, etc... For sport opportunities: in the immediate vicinity there are tennis fields, mini-soccer, trekking, excursions in Quad and ATV, while in few minutes car driving: swimming pool, canoe on the Tiber if water is sufficient high, horse riding. |
