The villa lies at 6 kms from the attractive town of Lucignano. It represents a typical sample of the Val di Chiana architecture, for its particular historical characteristics it has been recognised by the Ministry of cultural and artistic heritage as a "National Patrimony". It is a quiet location but at the same time on short distance from all the necessary amenities. There is a baker at 2,7 Kms a little supermarket at 3 Kms, more shops and restaurants are available in the town of Lucignano. From the property in only 10 minutes driving you are on the highway Rome-Florence (exit Valdichiana). There is a trainstation available in Sinalunga (12 Kms far away), the train brings you in around 2 hours in Rome and Florence. The villa has a large private garden with a 12x6 meters swimming pool for private use of the tenant. It has 7 bedrooms for a total of 15+3 sleeps, there are also 2 baby cots available. The main villa has 5 bedrooms while the nearby dependance has 2 bedrooms. The dependance is subdivided into 3 homes, one of those is inhabitated by the caretaker (couple). On request they can also prepare meals. The large rooms with old brick vaulted ceilings on the ground floor of the main villa are equipped with tables and chairs to eat all together. There is also large covered terrace on the first floor equipped with tables and banks to eat all together outdoors. In the summer months it is also possible to eat in the garden. To cook there are also at disposition a barbecue and stone oven. Wi-fi internet connection available on the whole property.
