The villa lies in southern Umbria, 80 km northern of Rome (40 minutes driving to the cityring), 1,3 kms from the village of Vigne di Narni and 2 kms from the village of Moricone. It lies on a hill surrounded by vineyards and olive groves in a very quiet location with panoramic views. It is a perfect place for those searching quiet and privacy. There property is suitable for up to 10 persons (5 bedrooms: 3 with double bed, 2 with two single beds).The property has a large swimming pool (14x7 meters - depth from 1 to 2,5 meters) with diving board. The pool area is euipped with sun loungers and sun umbrellas. The whole property is for private use and not shared with other persons. There is a large porch on the north-west side of the villa (with sight on the pool area), it's equipped with tables, chairs and banks to eat all together outdoor. The upper floor has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large dining/living room and a kitchen. There is a second terrace on the easter side. On the lower floor there: bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two single beds, living/dining room with cooking corner and a bathroom. Broadband Wi-fi internet connection available for free. Ping pong table and 2 mountain bikes at disposal of the guests. Supermarket (Conad) and a restaurant (Trattoria da Sara, where it is possible to taste typical dishes) are at 2 kms from the property near the village of Moricone. The village of Vigne di Narni is at 1,3 km from the villa, there are a couple of grocery stores here. The very nice medieval town of Narni is at 9 kms from the villa, here you can find different restaurants, supermarkets and other shops. There is a restaurant/pizzeria where you can eat excellent steaks and fiorentina at 16 km. There is a cement tennis court at 2 kms and there are red clay tennis court in Narni (9 kms). About southern Umbria

In Umbria, a region that has gained a name for being the green heart of Italy, tourism is growing because of the unfamiliar harmony between nature, antiquities, historic centres and culture. In the more immediate surroundings there are numerous charming little villages - of medieval origin - which are increasingly being renovated for weekend and summer tourism: San Restituta, Civita di Bagnoreggio, Lugnano, Stroncone, Labro (max. 40 min), Montefranco, Arrone, etc. Hard by also lie the vast ruins of the Roman city of Carsulae. You can also easily visit places in the southern part of Tuscany by car such as Siena, San Giminiano, Pienza, Cortona, Sinalunga, etc. Many tourists visit Rome once or more times, by car or by train from the stations: Terni, Narni-Amelia or Orte. And we must not forget the mountains with some splendid woods, e.g. Terminillo (up to 2000 metres by car). In 30 to 60 minutes you can also reach the shimmering lakes of Bracciano, Vico, Piediluco, Bolsena and Trasimeno. The Mediterranean Sea and the sand beaches situated between Tarquinia and Chiarone are 110 Kms away (around 1h30 driving).
